Key responsibilities:
Investigation of quality related complaints and suspected adverse drug events for customer satisfaction.
Sample and inspect commodities delivered by suppliers for compliance.
Sample and inspect returns from clients and recalled products for compliance.
Sample products from MEDS warehouse for Quality Control Testing
Sample and evaluate medical devices for compliance
Update supplier performance records on quality related issues
File and keep custody of product and technical information received from existing and prospective suppliers
Retain Quality Assurance records
Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
Participate in prequalification of suppliers and products
Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Nursing or Clinical Medicine and registered with Nursing Council of Kenya or relevant regulatory authority
Minimum 3 years experience with pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products
Functional skills: Analytical, organizational, and report writing skills
Behavioural Attributes: Detail oriented, team player and self-motivated.
