Job description
12 Months Contract – QUALITY ASSOCIATE-EAST AFRICA ( Nairobi – Kenya)
Skills:

Experience and knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems
Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant Regulatory requirements
Inventory management knowledge (preferable).

Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacist or equivalent Quality qualification
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ Quality experience in a Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or Distribution environment.

Licensing and accreditation (Relevant Legislation)
In conjunction with the Distributor ensure compliance to Agreements
Quality Governance
Training of Distributors or Clients as and when required
Self-Inspections
Mapping and/or Validations
Warehouse Mapping
Cold Room Mapping
Shipping Containers qualification/verification
Calibrations
Standard Operating Procedures
Good Distribution Practices
Handling of Complaints and Adverse Events Reporting
Handling of Recall or Withdrawal of Pharmaceutical products
Handling of Returned and Rejected Products
Disposal of products
Handling of suspected Counterfeit Pharmaceutical products

Area: Will be required to Kenya; Tanzania and Uganda and to South Africa on an ad hoc basis.
