Key duties & responsibilities
LinkedIn Optimisation and Management:
Update and maintain professional visuals for the LinkedIn profile with emphasis in outsourcing services relevant to e-commerce businesses.
Create and manage LinkedIn Showcase Pages for promoting specific products.
Content Strategy:
Develop and implement a value-oriented content strategy, including regular posts, case studies, success stories, and industry insights.
Produce engaging video content addressing e-commerce challenges and showcasing client testimonials.
Share relevant insights and trends in the e-commerce sector to position the company as a thought leader.
Engagement and Network Building:
Actively participate in LinkedIn discussions, comment on posts by industry leaders, and respond to comments on the company’s posts.
Join and engage in LinkedIn groups related to e-commerce and SMEs in the UK.
Host webinars and live sessions on outsourcing challenges and solutions for e-commerce businesses.
Employee Advocacy:
Encourage employees to maintain polished LinkedIn profiles and share company posts.
Conduct training sessions to help employees optimise their profiles and effectively engage with content.
Client Testimonials and Recommendations:
Regularly request and showcase client recommendations and testimonials on LinkedIn.
Share detailed case studies highlighting measurable results and client satisfaction.
Targeted LinkedIn Advertising:
Utilise LinkedIn’s advertising tools to reach decision-makers in SMEs within the e-commerce sector.
Craft personalised InMail messages to key decision-makers, introducing services and offering consultations.
SEO and Keywords Optimisation:
Analytics and Adaptation:
Regularly review LinkedIn Analytics to monitor performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
Other Social Media Marketing Roles:
Proven ability to handle and engage with other social media platforms.
Skills and qualifications
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, tools, and best practices for business growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling content and engage with a professional audience.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimisation.
