We are looking for a Commercial leader that has managed a team in successful delivery of a project of around $10,000,000 in sectors of agronomy, telecom, manufacturing, retail and construction. Individual must have the ability to driving profitable growth and transforming the business into a client focused high performance learning organization. They will oversee aspects of business administration, project performance and key financial goals of the business.
Expected Key Results
Meeting the Revenue and Operating Cash flow goals
Maintaining a team of A-Players (high performance and high potential)
Maintaining a Net Promoter Score of 70+

Meet the revenue/sales target.
Presentation of financial reports and analysis
Tracking cashflows on a weekly basis – Accounts Receivables and Accounts

Undergraduate degree in Business Management and respective fields.
Possession of a master’s degree is an added advantage
Previous Relevant Work Experience Required.
10 years’ experience in business development, sales, team, corporate and business operations.
