The Technical Graduate intership aims to maximize profits through creating, increasing and maintaining the client’s car brands sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Implement a 15-day road show for each vehicle across targeted geographies.
Create a detailed customer database extending to the village level.
Conduct customer demos and trials to showcase product features and benefits.
Organize SACCO level events in rural markets to build community rapport.
Establish a streamlined communication channel to relay live prospects to the sales team promptly.
Implement a daily reporting system to document insights, achievements, and challenges.
Enhance brand visibility and engage potential customers through the road show initiative.
Foster personalized communication with customers through the comprehensive database.
Facilitate hands-on product experiences to increase the likelihood of customer conversion.
Strengthen community connections through events at the SACCO level.
Ensure efficient communication of live prospects to the relevant sales team members.
Qualifications and experience
A degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering or any Auto-technical-related course
Be passionate about being a brand ambassador.
