QHSE Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

As the QHSE Assistant, you will support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support QHSE Documentation
Monitor Compliance
Assist in Training and Awareness
Support Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification
Assist with QHSE Audits and Certifications
Report QHSE Performance
Incident Reporting and Investigation
Contribute to Environmental Management

Requirements:
Education:

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a QHSE role or similar position within the facilities management or related industry.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with QHSE standards and regulations, including ISO 45001, 22000 ,14000 and environmental regulations.
Understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation processes.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent health and safety certification.
Internal auditor training for ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 would be an advantage.
