Purpose of the Job:
The account manager should focus on the government & public sector to identify NA customers and sales opportunity. You will drive a sales team including presales to make whole year sales plan and strategy. Your success will be reflected in sales achievement and long term customer relationship.Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales target with right market strategy , as well as developing new clients, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.Responsible for Market Insight, Investigation and Competitiveness Analysis in government&public sector.A broad understanding of competitive offerings in government & public sector is also required
Responsibilities:
Work with the presales on the competitive strategy, business plan and action plan for ICT Solutions sales
Closely engage with decision makers within key customers, articulating Huawei’s innovative vision.
Manage establishing strong relationship with customer
Interact directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements.
Analyze and trace development of the regional telecom market as well as the responsible account, output market strategy and promotion plan.
Education requirement and work experience:
Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IP/IT, Engineering or any business related qualification will be an advantage
At least 5 to 8 years IP/IT Sales experience across all the industry with a proven successful track record
Solid knowledge in IP/IT fields. Sales experience in such companies is preferred: Cisco /HP/ EMC/ VMware/ Symantec, etc.
Experience leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve set goals
Responding to tenders and writing proposals
Proven track record of leading a sales team to win famous ICT project.
