Corporate structure
CBM Kenya is headed by Board of Directors supported by the secretariat in managing day to day activities.
Scope of Organization operations
CBM Kenya located in Nairobi is charged with the responsibility to fundraise, raise CBM’s visibility, strengthen relevant networks and alliances, and support local partnerships in Kenya through which services for persons with disabilities are provided.
In addition to project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, the office provides administrative and logistical support for project implanting partners.
Other tasks are informed by evaluation of new requests, memberships, and contact with key stakeholders such as organizations for persons with disabilities, government line ministries, and development partners.
CBM Kenya it has to be noted that as a member of the federation, also aligns operations with other programmes supported in Kenya and hence no inter-company accounting rules need to be applied.

CBM Kenya is regulated by Kenyan Law specifically the Company Act and other legal regulations.
