The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organization by managing the proposal development process and facilitating training programs. This individual will work closely with various teams to create compelling proposals, assist in training program development, and ensure efficient execution.
Competencies and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Business, Communications, or Education). Certification in training and development is a plus.
Proven experience in proposal development and coordination.
Proven experience in coordinating training programs
Strong communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management software.
Organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of training program development and adult learning principles is a plus.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal content.
Prepare detailed proposals for funding, training projects, including scope, objectives, budget, and timelines.
Develop and maintain proposal templates, ensuring they adhere to company branding and guidelines.
Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Manage proposal submission deadlines and tracking of proposal status.
Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor proposals to address their specific requirements.
Training Program Coordination:
Assist in the assessment of training needs and the development of training plans.
Assist in the development of training programs and materials, including curriculum design and resource creation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to design and update training materials and content.
Develop, organize, and coordinate training programs and workshops for employees and external clients.
Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling, venue booking, and participant enrollment.
Communicate with trainers and participants, providing them with necessary information and support.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all proposal documents, training materials, and participant data.
Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Keep track of expenses related to proposals and training programs.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all proposals and training programs adhere to company policies and industry standards.
Providing guidance and support for grant compliance
Conduct quality checks on all proposal content and training materials to maintain high standards.
