We are seeking to hire a Property Marketing Manager for our Rentals Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Oversee property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations through photography, videography, and virtual tours.
Plan and execute impactful property-related events, such as open houses and exhibitions.
Lead content creation for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, brochures, and websites.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to market trends.
