Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company-owned land to potential buyers, including individual investors, developers, and businesses.
Develop and execute strategies to reach sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide clients with detailed information on available land parcels, pricing, zoning and potential development opportunities.
Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and leads.
Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure that all paperwork for sales transactions is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Work closely with other property and sales team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
Address any concerns or questions from buyers during the sale process.
Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven at least 3 years experience in property sales, particularly land sales, or real estate.
Strong understanding of the property market, particularly land transactions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
