Our client, a real estate firm in Nairobi is looking for a Property Caretaker.
Qualifications & skills
Cert or Dip in business, estate agency or real estate management from a recognized.
Minimum of 1-year proven work experience as a property caretaker in the real estate industry.
Should have a clean employment and criminal record.
Should have organizational and time management skills.
Effective, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Duties and responsibilities
Adhering to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
Provides security for the building by continually checking the premises to prevent and guard against vandalism, theft, or break-ins.
Ensures that every installed system such as heating, lighting, and alarm is working correctly.
In charge of booking professional contractors to carry out major repairing and refurbishing works.
Carrying out daily maintenance and minor repairs of broken frames, worn-out knobs, rusty metals, and other maintenance.
Responsible for supervising cleaning staff to ensure that the environment is clean, healthy, and conducive.
Gross pay:- Kshs33,000/- per month
