Our client, in the banking industry seeks to employ a property and administration manager who will be reporting to the head of human resources and administration. He/she will supervise the administration officer, admin assistant, drivers and riders.
Responsibilities
In charge of contract management and fleet management
Provide policies and procedures for general administration.
Ensure quotations and contractors for projects are well vetted.
Ensure the company’s rented premises are maintained in line with the standards, requirements and policies.
Participate in sourcing for cleaning services.
Monitor the outsourced company’s performance.
Collecting parking fees and rent from tenants.
Secure contractors for repairs and maintenance as well as ensure lifts are in good working conditions.
Prepare and manage administration budget.
Supervise administration team, messengers and address audit queries on property administration.
Follow up on electricity supply and ensure outstanding bills are cleared promptly.
Qualifications
Degree in Business administration, real estate, finance or related field.
3yrs experience in property management and administration.
In-depth knowledge in real estate and tenant legislation.
Knowledge in relevant landlord-tenant laws.
Should have problem solving, communication, stress management, creativity and administrative skills.
