Property Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Overlook daily operations of assigned properties.
Accomplishing financial objectives by raising invoices applicable, collection of service charges & rent.
Ensuring utilities are paid on time.
Resolving residents’ complaints.
Enforcing rules of occupancy.
Ensuring service providers deliver according to set standards.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and standards.
Supervising caretakers, cleaners, and gardeners.
Providing general administrative services.
Responding appropriately to emergencies. 
Ensuring the property is compliant with relevant bodies 
Renew management contracts when due.
Perform any other duties assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

A degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Min 2 years experience in property management or a similar role.
Working knowledge of property regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer service skills
