Projects Manager

Purpose of the Job
To ensure the development & delivery of Digital Transformation Projects.
Duties and Responsibilities

Defining projects scope by assisting business teams to prepare business requirements definitions
Coordination of Business Case preparation with Business teams
Ensure request for proposal activities are completed on time
Preparing of solution demonstration scripts
Coordination of vendor interviews, scoring sessions, and preparing outcome and final reports sign off
Coordination of vendor contracting activities
Coordination of system requirements specifications through gap analysis workshops
Coordination of project blueprint sign off
Coordination of all projects documentations sign off
Coordination of project kick-off and subsequent activities including project planning activities and the execution of according to plan
Responsible for project activities reporting to all stakeholders as per the project charter
Responsible for managing the relationship of the solution vendor
Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal stakeholders and vendors to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget, and timeline
Analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action
Assist in planning and execution of formal Quality Control process
Responsible for user acceptance testing and correction of results coordination
Responsible for implementation coordination & Cut off
Responsible for Go Live and post-Go Live handover of the project to business teams

Knowledge and Skills required

Degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized Institution
PMP or Prince2 certification and /or other acceptable qualifications
Management and Leadership Experience
Over 4 years of work experience in Projects
Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining Projects deliverables such as Projects charter, Projects management plan, status reports, Projects timesheets, communications plan, budget, and schedule

Competencies and Attributes

Experience in the conversion of business requirements into technical specifications
Experience in the industry & Solution Experience
Knowledge of operational issues around Projects management
Participate in the development of Projects management best practices
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of and competency in Projects management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, resource management, quality management, monitoring, and reporting, documenting, and record-keeping
Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
