The successful candidate will be able to liaise with technical materials suppliers to ensure optimum management of resources and product quality.
He/She will also be able to assist in risk assessments & surveys, technical installations, documentation and commissioning of electronic security projects.
Qualifications for the Project Technical Engineer Job
Higher level of education, preferably BSc or Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant field
Proven experience in electronic security installations with at least 3 years experience
Specific Manufacturer Software/Hardware certification will be an advantage
Computer literate
Experience in technical survey and providing solutions based on customer needs
Experience in technical sales and project management will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
Excellent organisational skills
Presentable
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
