Project Manager – Management And Implementation of Child Sponsorship Program

About the job:
Under the guidance and general supervision of HQ of Miral Welfare Foundation in South Korea, the Project Manager manages and operates Child Sponsorship Program of Miral Welfare Foundation such as Planning, implementation, reporting, budgeting, M&E. In addition, the project manager should be in charge of regular communication with HQ of Miral Welfare Foundation and Korean donors regularly in accordance with regulations of specific system.
Key Responsibilities

Communication with Korean donors and HQ of Miral Welfare Foudation in Korea
HR management of staff members and volunteers
Program development and planning
Program management, monitoring and delivery of result
Technical and operational support to program implementation
Networking and partnership building
Finance management and administration

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in the field of social development such as international development, socical science and political diplomacy.
5 years of professional experience in social development planning and related areas at the international level, some of which preferably in developed and/or developing countries is required.
Relevant experience in any international NGO is an asset.
Experience of planning and managing Community Development
Experience in Accountant and administration is preferred.
Fluency in spoken and written English required; Korean language skills preferred.
