We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage projects across various industries, including tech, call centres, BPO, financial services, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, whether managing teams or coordinating virtual and remote projects. This role demands strong leadership, coaching abilities, and the capacity to implement performance management systems effectively. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Management:
Oversee and manage projects across different departments (Tech, BPO, Financial Services, Health Care).
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones, with accountability for quality and results.
Training & Coaching:
Provide training and coaching to team members on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Mentor teams to enhance their project delivery capabilities and improve overall performance.
Facilitate learning and development initiatives to support career growth and skill enhancement.
Performance Management & Reporting:
Utilize CRM and project management tools to track team performance, productivity, and project status.
Generate regular reports on project progress, employee performance, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Implement and maintain performance management frameworks to ensure continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Lead employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
Develop workflows for time management, prioritization, and communication to streamline processes.
Address and resolve disputes or conflicts among team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Focus on employee retention strategies through recognition, feedback, and career development opportunities.
Virtual & Remote Team Management:
Manage remote teams effectively using virtual collaboration tools.
Create a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication across virtual teams.
Monitor project status and team performance remotely, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Operational Oversight:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Develop KPIs to measure success in project outcomes, employee engagement, and overall performance.
Analyze project data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the tech, BPO, financial services, healthcare, or call centre industries.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and dispute resolution.
Proficient in using CRM, project management, and time-tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects in both in-office and virtual/remote environments.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Familiarity with call centre operations and remote work dynamics is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or relevant certification is a plus
