What you will do:
Management of GPS early offline cases as per the set processes from the company
Coordination across departments with relevant stakeholders in managing cases until satisfactory resolution.
Analysis of cases with the objective to map out accurate forecasts of offline cases.
Reporting to HoD daily about progress of the workflow – new cases, progressing cases, closed cases.
Any other project related task given by HoD.
What you will need:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Fluent in English and Swahili
