Job description
Manage G3 Systems Kenya Ltd project in Nanyuki, Kenya for the design and build of a camp for the UK MOD including the following activities:
Management of in country sub-contractors, in terms of performance (quality), time and cost in conjunction with the UK PM and FIS sub-contract manager.
Management of the in country client as required, including weekly reporting, attending meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.
Reporting back to UK head office on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
Management of Immigration activities for UK staff on behalf of G3 Systems.
Management of in country cash holdings in accordance with Company processes.
Management of in country design co-ordination in accordance with Company processes and procedures and the project quality plan.
Management of in country procurement from a project perspective in accordance with G3 Systems processes and procedures.
Management of logistics from a project perspective in accordance with G3 Systems processes and procedures.
Management of the quality, environment, health and safety aspects of the project in accordance with the project Quality Plan and Environment, Safety and Health Plan, including up issuing respective plans as required to meet the project objectives.
Management of construction site activities in accordance with G3 Systems processes and procedures.
Bring innovation to project delivery to meet the needs of the project.
Develop G3 Systems Kenya business in country.

Qualifications Required:
Project Management – PRINCE 2/APM or PMI or working to a qualification
IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS Qualification
Construction qualification or suitable experience
