Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions and manage project progress.
Coordinate staff and internal resources.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
Ensure projects meet deadlines.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Design and sign off on contracts.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
Manage large and diverse teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Fintech.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
