As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in financial technology
As a project manager reporting directly to the CTO, you will work closely with the CTO to ensure the timely delivery of projects with the highest quality standards, contributing to our mission of excellence in financial technology.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and dependencies.
Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively to ensure transparency and alignment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to the CTO and relevant stakeholders as needed.
Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other departments to prioritize tasks and resolve dependencies.
Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to validate project deliverables and ensure compliance with requirements.
Continuously evaluate project management processes and identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in technical project management, preferably in a fintech or software development environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Experience managing both internal and external projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
