Trouble shooting experience of various gadgets
Gadget savvy & should be able to handle various types of gadgets with minimal help
Should be able to read, follow and guide participants on the given instructions
Strong logical reasoning skills
Should have Contact Centre experience
Should have an experience of managing a team of 8 to 10 people
Strong troubleshooting experience and understanding
Experience/education in computers will be a great advantage
Should have a strong project & process management background
