Job Summary :
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the implementation and management of ERP software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to coordinate tasks, track progress, and communicate project updates. Your role will be key in maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication, and solving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in ERP Project Implementation: Coordinate activities related to ERP software implementation, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.
Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals, deliverables, and expectations.
Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and other key documentation to track progress and milestones.
Task Coordination: Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Monitor Project Progress: Track and report on the progress of ERP software implementation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks within the project and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Quality Assurance: Work with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivered ERP system meets client requirements and high-quality standards.
Post-Implementation Support: Assist with post-go-live activities, including user training, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and recording of meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management in the ERP software field.
ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and experience with ERP implementations is highly preferred.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels, both technical and non-technical.
Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues quickly.
Attention to Detail: High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
