Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Effect project timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
Create and manage tickets, ensuring they are followed through to completion.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct preliminary quality checks and coordinate detailed QA testing to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.
Identify any potential issues or bugs and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
Ensure all development processes meet company and industry standards.
Product Clarification:
Help define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior management and technical teams.
Prioritise product backlog items and manage the development queue.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Interest or experience in project management, product management, or quality assurance in a software development environment.
Understanding of project management principles and tools.
