Job description
Your responsibilities:
Assist in coordination of local activities to implement commercialization of new micro-credit business model, ComIN.
Support in design and implementation of business processes, linking them to the commercial Bosch Thermotechnology commercial activities
Collection of data for analysis to derive trends, customer behaviour and other actionable insights
Implement local marketing, sales and communication activities with partners and customers
Support in planning tasks for the technical team and coordinating changes
Collect and prepare paperwork necessary for the team including documentation of processes and results.
Support in coordination of flow of information between customer, payments partner and local technical team following system installations
Perform monitoring of customer service requests and follow

Education:
4 Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree
Experience and Skills:
4 Proficient ICT skills
4 Experience in marketing and business development
