Programme and Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the Role

The Programme and Strategic Partnerships Managerwill work exclusively on projects developed in collaboration with 100% for the Children. With changing funding landscapes and a growing need for local resource mobilization, we are seeking a dedicated professional in collaboration with our local partner Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya to represent 100% for the Children at key strategic meetings, manage project portfolio together with us and local APDK staff, and strengthen our presence in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management: Lead and oversee projects within the partnership, ensuring smooth implementation and impact delivery. Support our partner APDK staff in implementation.
Strategic Representation: Attend high-level meetings to advocate for strategic funding and partnerships opportunities.
Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Identify and pursue local funding opportunities to sustain and grow our projects.
Monitoring & Data: Conduct on-ground assessments, manage data reporting in Airtable in collaboration with M&E lead, track project progress, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
Collaboration & Networking: Work closely with 100% for the Children to align project goals and expand partnership opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For.
The ideal candidate is:

Experienced in Programme and Data Management – with a proven track record in handling development projects and supporting data strategies.
A Strong Networker & Communicator – comfortable representing organizations in high-level meetings.
Skilled in Fundraising & Grant Writing – with knowledge of donor landscapes and funding opportunities in the Global South.
Proactive and Strategic – skilled at identifying and pursuing partnership and donor opportunities that align with projects and strategic objectives.
Structured – able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams and keeping an overview months ahead.
Knowledgeable about Disability & Child Protection – preferably with experience in related projects.
