Program Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, role for a Program Officer, responsible for developing and executing programs for a range of impact partners. The PO will manage assigned programs, oversee workplans and budgets, resource and supervise team members, develop compelling communications, and ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations. S/he will also monitor and evaluate program progress and create reports.

Qualifications

At least 3 years experience coordinating a portfolio of projects
Exposure to full life cycle of partner services, from proposal through delivery and reporting
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Prolific and versatile writer able to produce both casual copy and analytical, long-form pieces
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preference for dynamic, culturally diverse environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
