Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver fast, effective Services to internal and external customers/stakeholders/departments.
Compliance: Ensuring preparation, payment, distribution and display of licenses (including Single Business Permits, Music Licenses, Fire Licenses, Branding, Signage etc.) by 31 December of every year.
Policy and Procedures: Maintaining, improve and curate all policies and procedures manuals relevant to the administration department
Facilities Administration: Maintain clean and safe work environment (all locations) according to best practice hygiene and Occupational Safety and Health standards. » Ensure the working spaces are aesthetically pleasing and functionally useful for staff, visitors and customers, etc.
Overseeing department budget planning and tracking monthly spend: Prepare on an annual basis and monitor relevant office expenses versus budget
Office Management: Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed while maintaining strong relationships with cross functional departments and teams. Coordinate, schedule, and organize both internal and external meetings and company events.
Performance Management and Career development: Oversee, mentor, train, and coach junior administrative staff to optimize productivity.
Key Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any business related course
A minimum of three (3) years experience in relevant work and at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
