The position
Project requirements collection, assessment and documentation
Deploy NetGuardians solutions into customer environments;
Train NetGuardians’ customers and partners;
Provide technical answers to RFI and RFP during pre-sales stage;
Build demonstrations of NetGuardians’ solutions to potential customers;
Build Use cases for Netguardians’ solutions, including dashboard, reports, alerts and controls;
Provide L3 support and assist in L1/L2;
Document incidents and enhance FAQ.
You
Are graduate in IT engineering
3-6 years’ experience in the IT banking environment;
Experience in customer support or consulting
Good knowledge with Linux systems and SQL database environments
Knowledge of Scripting skills (bash, python);
Excellent presentation skills, along with verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system, Flexcube or others Banking applications are a plus ;
Are a customer oriented; team player; independent; curious and eager to learn;
Are willing to travel to foreign countries on short-term assignments;
