The Job
Contribute to improving the UP’s performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans.
Facilitate the collaborative work of working groups (operators, manufacturers, technicians, supervisors) and implement the action plans resulting
Management of Preventive and corrective Maintenance of Production Machinery and equipment
Develop and execute strategies to optimize machine utility/production/efficiency
Coordinate the installation of new tools and check that their performance, when they enter service, meets the required quality, safety, environment, ergonomics and output criteria
Carry out inspections and log reports of maintenance of the machinery, equipment and production units
Give technical guidance on the usage of production utilities
Maintenance of boilers and ensure proper utilization of resources
Pass on the expertise acquired in manufacturing and packaging in the UP (continuous improvement methods and technical expertise) as well as champion safety culture
What we are looking for
Excellent Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
1-3 Years’ Experience in a manufacturing set up
Understanding of Safety Protocols in a Production workspace
Personality
Knack for hitting targets/achieving goals
Hands-On Profile with a passion for problem solving
Not a politician but a diplomat in people relations approach
