Roles and Responsibilities
Production Oversight – Supervise and coordinate daily food processing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO, FDA) and collaborate with Quality Control to maintain product standards.
Research & Development Support – Assist in product trials, implement new formulations, and improve production processes in collaboration with the R&D team.
Team Supervision & Training – Lead and train production staff on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures while ensuring productivity and discipline.
Process Optimization – Monitor and improve production efficiency by reducing waste, enhancing workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Inventory & Equipment Management – Oversee raw material stocks, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure smooth production operations.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and compliance documentation for audits and internal reviews.
