Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the development and delivery of products that align with customer needs and company objectives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements that add measurable customer and business value. By focusing on product-market fit and driving enhancements, the Product Manager ensures continuous growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability, while contributing to the overall product strategy

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the development and lifecycle of a product or product line, focusing on meeting customer needs and achieving business goals..

Product Strategy and Vision
Work with senior leadership to shape the product vision for your assigned product(s), aligning it with broader company goals.
Understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging market trends to drive innovation
Roadmap Management
Own the product roadmap for specific features or initiatives, ensuring it reflects the needs of the business and customers
Regularly update the roadmap, communicating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment on priorities
Agile Product Design and Delivery
Collaborate with the development team, writing clear user stories and requirements, and ensuring they understand the goals of each feature.
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, driving successful and timely product releases
Stakeholder Communication
Keep stakeholders updated on product progress, decisions, and challenges, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Provide data-driven updates to leadership on product success and areas for improvement
Customer Research & Feedback
Engage in regular customer research to gather insights on product performance and opportunities for improvement.
Incorporate feedback into the product development process to iterate on features and improve user experience
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Collaborate with design, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and a cohesive product experience.
Take initiative in fostering cross-functional alignment, ensuring everyone is working towards shared product goals.

Required Skills for a Product Manager

Agile Product Delivery: Strong experience with agile methodologies and product delivery, familiar with key tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and agile principles.
Technical Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, with a working knowledge of QA, testing, and product deployment processes.
Design Collaboration: Experience working with designers and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.), with an understanding of user experience best practices.
Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, delivering products on time with limited supervision.
Product Management Experience: Demonstrable experience managing products or features through their entire lifecycle, from conception to launch.
Strategic Thinking: Experience developing product strategies and aligning them with business goals.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development and web technologies, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
Product Marketing Understanding: Working knowledge of product marketing strategies and their role in product success.
Creative Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when addressing challenges.
Clear Communication & Documentation: Ability to communicate ideas and decisions clearly and create organized product documentation.
Customer Research & Insights: Experience in gathering customer feedback and using it to guide product development decisions
