Responsibility
One MUST be able to demonstrate the following;
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive growth of the company.
Must be able to recruit, manage and supervise 2 team leaders, 3 loan officers, 3 marketers, 3 telesales and unlimited sales agents to work with for generating leads and conversation of sales
Develop, design and manage online and field activation’s campaigns to generate leads and follow up on all leads generated with the call centre and marketing officers for conversation.
Must be able to plan wide range of field marketing activities, Planning outdoor activation’s, advertising trends, concepts, procedures and preparation of marketing budget.
Must be able to meet the set target by generating and converting a minimum of 50 sales per month.
Must be able to train, guide the team on marketing strategy and motivate the marketing team.
Must be able to prepare campaign budgets, marketing calendar, road map of marketing activities and schedules.
Coordinate the field marketing team, digital marketing team and the loan officers after acquiring lead to have an end to end process in the customer journey to offer top notch services.
Able to prepare and submit projections and actual reports on a daily, weekly, monthly,quarterly and yearly basis.
Develop and coordinate multimedia packages and working with influencer’s to create more traffic and generate sales.
Will be expected to present recommendations to the Head of Business development & Marketing.
Must have an ROI driven direct response marketing strategy and have a mind that analyse and seek out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversation and improve customer journey experience
Any other tasks that may be assigned by reporting authority.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualification;
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing and related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Strong organizational and project management skills
MUST be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple line of business.
MUST be able to exhibit strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to deliver set targets
