Job Description

Responsibilities

Obtaining prices from local suppliers (3 quotations) for requisitioned equipment.
Print and obtain signatures for Local Purchase Orders.
Prepare necessary documents for Supplier Evaluations.
Follow up with suppliers after LPO has been issued.
Update price lists.
Purchasing of all items required by the various departments.
Ensure all good purchased are of good quality from approved suppliers.
Coordinate stock taking.
Follow up with suppliers and documents for foreign orders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supplies
3 years in local and oversea sourcing
Member of a professional body
