Procurement Enablement Specialist

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for the following procurement data analysis and reporting functions: Catalogue and Webforms Management in Coupa System, Maintenance of Supplier Master data in Sharepoint and SAP, Contract management, vendor management, procurement systems support, procurement Key Risk Indicators’ management, Bankwide procurement performance monitoring and reporting, stakeholder engagement, periodic procurement reporting, regular analysis of usage of P2P licences for cost optimization, provide input into risk analysis activities and development plans for the Intra-Group Services Management (IGSM) contract. 

Qualifications

Preferred Qualification and Experience

First Degree in Business course
Power BI and Advanced Excel experience
At least 1 year experience working in procurement or Supply Chain performance reporting.
Procurement data analysis experience in banking would be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of accounting software. (Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, Aravo).
