If yes, the M365 Experiences team is just the place for you. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who would drive next generation innovation across our product canvases. This position will bring in a balanced set of incubation, design, growth engineering, data informed decision making, customer focus, partner engagement, and execution skills. The position requires you to work with product leaders across the company, has executive exposure, and unlimited opportunities for growth and impact. An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Collaborate: Build and grow the capabilities and impact to customers that your product delivers. Strive to understand the motivations and goals of the teams we’re working with and work towards a better solution together.
Innovate: Care deeply about your product and bring the most relevant insights to our customers. Be excited about growing experiences that will be delivered collaboratively across M365 Core and beyond. Drive technology innovations and optimizations for achieving product growth both in terms of features and engaged users.
Guide: Define the business goals for the team, then create and execute on a plan to meet those goals.
Coach: Work with the managers and contributors on the team to help them to do their best work and have the clarity and energy they need to be successful.
Responsibilities
You will be a leader that helps drive the growth of high-value customer experiences that are consistent and impactful across M365 canvases. You will deliver impact when you successfully:
Help set vision, strategy and end-user experience for product investments
Model Customer Driven best practices to lead the focus of new feature development
Build and maintain highly collaborative and durable relationships across our partners, leading engineers, designers, and user researchers
Demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, cross group projects, and bring them to successful completion
Influence partner teams, get alignment on product & technology direction and the steps to achieve our feature goals
Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will
Have passion for the Customer Focus and the cross-team collaboration it takes to delight our customers
Have demonstrated success in building vision and roadmap for complex areas
Have extensive experience from working with UX and Design teams and being able to form and articular an appreciation for good design
Quickly establish a strong network of partnerships across the company
Learn quickly with a growth mindset
Be a practice leader, and experienced Product Manager
Great problem-solving skills with strong technical proficiency and strategic thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes
