AA Kenya is seeking to recruit a highly talented, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to support the PR and marketing vision for AA Kenya. The position demands leadership, program planning, fiscal accountability, communications and marketing expertise, and experience with business analysis and reporting. The position holder will lead marketing initiatives and support the branch network in achieving its marketing objectives.
Minimum job requirements:
For appointment to this position, one must possess:
Bachelor’s degree in PR and Marketing or its equivalent.
Qualified chartered marketer will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience leading a PR and Marketing department/firm.
A track record of developing and implementing a marketing plan to support the business.
Ability to analyze and appropriately respond to market research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
Ability to monitor and fulfill industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels within the business
High level of commercial awareness and capacity to leverage expertise in order to generate sales.
