Our client is an association registered to manage and run the affairs of a gated community along Kiambu road. They seek to hire A Plumber who is responsible for carrying out routine checks and fixing all plumbing issues in the estate.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out routine checks for repairs and maintenance of water and drainage system
Supervising, repairing and maintaining water supply systems
Monitoring and regulating usage of water
Coordinating repairs and plumbing maintenance works
Keeping records relating to plumbing works
Monthly meter Readings
Daily Monitoring and reporting water levels
Replacement of faulty water meters
Report any malfunctioning of equipment
Project & maintain a good corporate image to both internal and external publics offering them exceptional customer service
Inspect and maintain booster pumps and borehole pumps
Required Qualifications:
Served in the grade of Artisan I or in a comparable position for a minimum period of 2- 3 years
Certificate in Government Trade Test Grade I or equivalent
Proven integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results
