We’re seeking a talented Plant Engineer to join our dynamic team at BIOSORRA, our partner company leading the way in biochar production. Plant Engineer will play a crucial role in managing our state-of-the-art pyrolysis facility, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in mechanical, civil, industrial engineering or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing plants. A focus on Mechanical engineering or background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) is valued but not required
Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams and projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment
A deep knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, material science, electricity and engineering design principles
Proficiency in using various software tools such as CAD, MATLAB, ANSYS
Creative and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
