Physiotherapist Pharmaceutical Technologist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess the patient’s physical conditions to diagnose movement and functional issues within the scope of your training
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, pain management modalities, and assistive device training to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
Collaborate with the orthopedic and clinical departments to provide integrated care and refer patients to specialized facilities or higher-level hospitals when advanced care is required.
Maintain accurate patient treatment records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EMR, while preparing and submitting reports to maintain compliance with Medical center policies.
Ensure proper maintenance of physiotherapy equipment and advocate for acquiring necessary resources to deliver quality care
Comply with all healthcare regulations, guidelines, and policies, ensuring patient safety and quality of care.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones, aiming for growth in patient numbers for the physiotherapy clinic.

QUALIFICATION

Must be a holder of a Diploma in Physiotherapy from a reputable institution.
The applicant At least 2 years’ experience working in a hospital or a busy health facility.·
Current Certificate of practice from Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK);
Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good communication skills (written and oral) and etiquette.
Customer focused and always willing to go the extra mile.
