Job Description
Our client a multinational supply chain solutions company is seeking to fill the above for a fixed term contract. The incumbent will be attached to the Sea Imports Department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle the license process and obtain statutory certificates for distribution activities.
Handle renewal of statutory licenses/accreditation/audits as prescribed by PPB.
Supervise distribution and warehouse activities as prescribed by PPB.
Prepare and document engagements with identified clients, internal as well as external stakeholders to review KPI performance and address issues impacting on service delivery as required by management.
Monitor service delivery by operations teams in line with PPB requirements.
Proactively communicate with the customer / BTL operations of developments on the service delivery
Coordinate the resolution of any matters arising
Any other tasks assigned by management.
Support Sales team in sales calls to customer
Engage with customers detailing their full potential and needs
Document SOP and CPM (Contract Program Management) matrix in line with the operations teams and as outlined in the company requirements.
Offer consultancy support on matters concerning various stakeholders in the chain i.e. PPB.
Maintain relationship between PPB, Ministry of Health and the company.
Engage the customer for continued service / future needs.
Inform and support Sales team for further engagement.
Participate in maintaining high level of market intelligence.
Represent the the company in open forums and assignments
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Pharmacy.
Licensed by the PPB.
3+ years’ experience as a Pharmacist
