We are seeking to recruit a highly motivatedvisionary and results oriented candidate to fill in the below positions:
Keyresponsibilities:
Processing and dispensing prescriptions,treatment sheets and medication orders correctly and accurately.
Giving accurate drug information to alldoctors, nurses, patients and other user departments.
Checking the expiry dates of medicines, makingsure that the short expiry drugs are tagged and returned back to the store incompliance with the Short Expiry Drug Policy
Effectively manage the dispensing of drugs andother commodities
Check and advise on expiry of drugs anddisposal of the same
Ensure proper management of pharmacy records
Monitor drugs and other medical supplieslevels and initiate the procurement process.
Take inventory and track medication and supplyorders.
Keep records of all drug stocks ordered, drugsissued to clients and stocks remaining.
Establish and maintain good relationships withcustomers which includes clinics, doctors, hospitals and other institutions
Receiving, Interpreting and processingprescriptions;
Dispense medications, packaging, and labelingpharmaceuticals as per the prescription
Minimum requirement:
Diploma inPharmaceutical Technology from a accredited institutions by Pharmacy and PoisonsBoard.
Must beregistered and licensed by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board and have avalid practicing license.
Minimum two (2)years working experience.
Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
At least 2 yearsof relevant working experience
Strongnegotiation and customer care skills
Have experience working with any ERP system.
