Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Purpose

The Kasha Sales Lead will be broadly responsible for the growth of company revenue and Help develop and manage the strategy to grow the business as well as the plans and tactics required to deliver results. (S)he will work closely with the Kasha Managing Director to plan and Execute all the strategies to grow the company revenue.

Your Job Description Will Be:

Oversee all major company revenue objectives, execution and monitoring achievements at the country level.
Prioritize the 100% attainment of monthly revenue target and 40% of institutions.
Responsible for creating, improving, and developing strategies that can boost acquisitions and retention of recurring customers.
Setting Territorial budgets and making sure that they are observed, maintained, and kept within the required limits.
Identifying profitable new alternative distribution points for business expansion and revenue growth.
Using market knowledge to influence decisions regarding customer pricing and sales programs.
Organizing special sales projects, such as new product introductions, sales promotions, advertisements, etc.
Responsible for providing supportive and effective management to staff within all areas of responsibility and ensuring that staff comply with all required professional boundaries and achieve set goals and objectives.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

You Will Be Qualified For This Position If You:

Possess a Diploma/Bachelor of health-related Degree/Pharmacy Degree or any other relevant qualification.
Are a medical representative who meets the regulations of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
Have at least 3 years of work experience in the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Are an exceptional communicator, self-driven, organized, persuasive, and an astute team player.
Can work in a pressurized working environment.
Are a skilful planner, multi-tasker, and manage time effectively.
Have proficiency in basic MS Office packages.
