Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Oversee correspondence and ensure timely responses.
Liaise between CEO and internal teams for effective communication.
Monitor project timelines and inform CEO of progress.
Assist in planning events, conduct research, handle personal tasks.
Serve as the first contact for stakeholders, prepare CEO for meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO, ensuring seamless experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or corporate sectors.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
