What You’ll Be Doing
Ensure Taxify has a good reputation as employer both internally and externally
Ensure that employment relationship management is compliant with local Labour Law, other respective legal acts as well as internally agreed quality measures
Contribute to the creation and improvement of our processes and employer brand
Lead or participate in recruitment process
Provide counselling, coaching and training to our people
Ensure that correct data is entered to different systems used by accounting, People & Culture and management teams
Implement global People & Culture projects locally and share best practices
Contribute to the creation of attractive work atmosphere for our people
Desired Skills and Experience
Have 3+ years of similar work experience, preferably in tech or startup company
Have very good knowledge of local Labour Law and regulations, related education is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English
Have preferably previous experience of working in international and cross-border teams
Have experience in leading projects
Strong initiative, drive and passion in achieving results
You are tech savvy
