With a team of highly motivated and trained professionals my client provides both investment advisory and direct investments in fragile and frontiers markets. This existing and also future talent requires and People Operation Manager to help support the firms growth, this individual will play a key role in relation to the employee experience including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development of talent, employee welfare and performance management.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is continually looking to add value to the employee experience, possess strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships quickly.
Primary Responsibilities;
Manage the global recruitment process, centralize the hiring process and also include new hiring manager training
Onboard and offboard all emplyees
Support in design and implementation of employee development and training
Ensure employee health, safety and wellness
Requirements;
Over 5 years professional experience working with people and/or human resources
MBA or post graduate qualification
Ability to design and implement human resource solutions from seed
Experience within the financial services sector
Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
