By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy.

Your mission at Sistema.bio
Reporting to the People Associate,you will be responsible for providing valuable administration support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities.
You’ll be in charge of:
Updating our internal HR management system with employee information.
Auditing and updating employees files with all the missing information.
Submitting and following up on all people’s team expenses and payments.
Provide ad hoc support to the people team on other administrative tasks as needed.

Bachelors in Human Resources, Business related course or any equivalent experiences.
A related professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience between 0-1 years
Proficiency in computer skills
Proficiency in using Google docs and/or MS office is added advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills .
Strong communication skills.
A keen eye for details and the ability to multitask.
