Pastry Junior Sous Chef

The role will be responsible for supporting the pastry and bakery team to continue delivering high quality production in line with expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

Must hold relevant technical training qualifications in pastry and bakery 
Must have a minimum 5 years as pastry CDP or equivalent position in 5-star hotel 
Demonstrable creativity in menu creation
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
