Passenger Car Driver/Personal Driver

Principle: Confidentiality and Trustworthiness

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional affairs. Be trustworthy and reliable in handling sensitive information and performing driving duties.

Driving License and Experience

Must possess a valid Kenyan driving license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be driven. A clean driving record with at least [4] years of driving experience, preferably in personal or executive driving roles. Proven ability to handle different traffic conditions and road types .

Vehicle Knowledge and Maintenance

Have a good understanding of vehicle mechanics and basic maintenance. Be able to perform routine checks such as tire pressure, oil levels, and brake functionality. Ensure the vehicle is always in a clean and road worthy condition.

Safety Conscious

Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness at all times. Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations. Be skilled in defensive driving techniques to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle.

Flexibility and Availability

Be available on short notice and have a flexible schedule. Be able to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Good Communication Skills

Have excellent communication skills in English and Swahili. Be able to understand and follow instructions clearly. Maintain polite and professional communication with the employer and other passengers.

Navigation Skills

Be familiar with major roads, landmarks, and routes in Kenya, especially in the areas where driving assignments are likely to occur. Be able to use GPS navigation systems effectively to find the most efficient routes.
